Dr. Yamini Rani is the proud founder of Nirvaana Yoga Academy – A World yoga organisation and Yoga Alliance International affiliated Yoga School. With over 22 years of experience as a trained yoga therapist, she has been awarded the best Doctorate in the field of Yoga in 2008 by Health Care International.
She has always been passionate about yoga, and she firmly believe that it is a way of life. Her passion for yoga motivated her to establish Nirvaana Yoga Academy, with the vision of creating a society free of diseases. Over the years, our Academy has excelled in providing Yoga TTC, ancient Hatha Yoga, Pranayamas,
Meditation, and Mudra techniques. We offer customised practices with specific sequences of asanas for each practitioner, tailored to their unique health needs. Our programs have successfully treated a variety of health issues such as Asthma, Hypertension, Depression, PCOD, Obesity, Diabetes, Infertility, Thyroid, Prenatal and Postnatal problems, and many more.

VIGNAVI SAJJALA

Vignavi Sajjala is a dedicated yoga teacher with a deep passion for guiding others on their journey to health, balance, and inner peace. With teaching experience globally, Vignavi specializes in Vinyasa flow, emphasizing breath, alignment, and mindful movement.

Certified with 200 hours of Yoga Teacher Training from Bodhi Yoga Academy and recognized as a Certified Yoga Volunteer by YCB, Ministry of Ayush, Vignavi’s teaching philosophy revolves around creating a supportive and inclusive environment. She empowers students to explore their physical and mental potential through dynamic sequences and precise anatomical cues.

In addition to her yoga certifications, Vignavi holds a Diploma in Applied Nutrition, which complements her holistic approach to wellness. Her classes cater to all levels, offering modifications and challenges to meet individual needs. By combining physical exertion with relaxation techniques and personalized dietary guidance, Vignavi inspires students to embrace the transformative power of yoga and lead an improved lifestyle.

Nikitha Jayaprakash

Nikitha Jayaprakash

Nikitha Jayaprakas is a professional yoga coach, counselor, social worker, and Kalari practitioner with a passion for combining mindfulness and exercise to enhance overall health and well-being. Her journey into yoga teaching was inspired by a deep commitment to integrating mental and physical wellness.

As a family counselor, Nikitha recognized the critical importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle by harmonizing mental and physical processes in our daily lives. She believes that mindful body movements can help release tension and anxiety, fostering healthier relationships within oneself and strengthening the bonds within families.

Nikitha’s early exposure to martial arts, including Karate, Yoga, and Kalari, played a significant role in shaping her path toward becoming a wellness coach. Her diverse background in these disciplines allows her to offer a holistic approach to health and well-being. 

Nikitha is a dedicated yoga teacher who earned 200-hour TTC certification from the esteemed Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centers & Ashrams in India. Since then, she has been passionately continuing as a yoga teacher, guiding students on their yoga journey and helping them discover the transformative power of yoga.
