What is a 200-hour Yoga TTC course, and who is it for?
Our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC) is an immersive program ideal for both beginners and intermediate yogis. It provides a solid foundation for teaching yoga, deepening practice, and exploring the yogic way of life. The course covers ancient styles such as Hatha, and Ashtanga yoga, alongside breathing and mindfulness practices. You’ll study adjustment and alignment techniques, yoga philosophy, human anatomy, Yoga Nidra, Mantra, Mudra, and more.
Will The Certificate Issued By Nirvaana Yoga Academy Be Valid In My Home Country or Is certification recognized internationally?
Yes, our 200-hour TTC is approved by Yoga Alliance USA and Yoga alliance International, making it internationally recognized and respected.
Can I join the TTC if I’m new to yoga?

TECHNIQUES, TRAINING, PRACTICE

Certified with 200 hours of Yoga Teacher Training from Bodhi Yoga Academy and recognized as a Certified Yoga Volunteer by YCB, Ministry of Ayush, Vignavi’s teaching philosophy revolves around creating a supportive and inclusive environment. She empowers students to explore their physical and mental potential through dynamic sequences and precise anatomical cues.
In addition to her yoga certifications, Vignavi holds a Diploma in Applied Nutrition, which complements her holistic approach to wellness. Her classes cater to all levels, offering modifications and challenges to meet individual needs. By combining physical exertion with relaxation techniques and personalized dietary guidance, Vignavi inspires students to embrace the transformative power of yoga and lead an improved lifestyle.

Nikitha Jayaprakas is a professional yoga coach, counselor, social worker, and Kalari practitioner with a passion for combining mindfulness and exercise to enhance overall health and well-being. Her journey into yoga teaching was inspired by a deep commitment to integrating mental and physical wellness.
As a family counselor, Nikitha recognized the critical importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle by harmonizing mental and physical processes in our daily lives. She believes that mindful body movements can help release tension and anxiety, fostering healthier relationships within oneself and strengthening the bonds within families.
Nikitha’s early exposure to martial arts, including Karate, Yoga, and Kalari, played a significant role in shaping her path toward becoming a wellness coach. Her diverse background in these disciplines allows her to offer a holistic approach to health and well-being.
Nikitha is a dedicated yoga teacher who earned 200-hour TTC certification from the esteemed Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centers & Ashrams in India. Since then, she has been passionately continuing as a yoga teacher, guiding students on their yoga journey and helping them discover the transformative power of yoga.
