Conduct Habit.Fit sessions defined for each week and also follow up with them on the checklists, making necessary modifications as needed.

Though the results may not be measurable, it’s important to consistently follow this practice and observe the changes one experience after continuous practice.
A coachee should agree to spend a few minutes on specially designed meditation every day and must continue doing so throughout the coaching program.
