Set in a serene and immersive training environment, this program blends theory and hands-on practice, covering:Aerial Asanas & Alignment Techniques, Pranayama & Breathwork for Aerial Yoga, Meditation & Mindfulness Practices and Safe Use of Aerial Hammocks for All Levels. Upon completion, participants will be certified to teach Aerial Yoga, empowering them to guide students of all backgrounds, including those with health concerns. This holistic program focuses on strength-building, body awareness, and mindful movement, providing a safe and transformative experience.
