Habit.Yoga through Nirvaana Yoga Academy: Yoga is an ancient Indian practice that has demonstrated its effectiveness in balancing the mind, body, heart, and soul through the practice of different asanas, various breathing exercises (pranayama), and meditation. At Nirvaana Yoga Academy, we believe that each individual is unique and has distinct wellness goals. Therefore, there is a need to design a yoga program tailored to enable them to achieve their objectives. Recognising this need, we offer personalised programs for each practitioner at Nirvaana.

Habit.Music through Dhwani School Of Music: The program aims to provide overall well-being through music therapy and also offers an opportunity to nurture one’s passion for music. Our experienced Carnatic vocal teachers and experts demonstrate their sincere efforts towards bringing about positive change in people’s lives.

Habit.Math: Initially, one might wonder how an academic subject can contribute to one’s overall well-being. To address this question, at Habit Academy, we offer a Vedic Math program for both adults and children, designed to foster enthusiasm for mathematics by utilising the tricks and principles found in ancient Vedic math Sutras. When individuals begin to develop an affinity for Math, they inadvertently equip themselves with the knowledge to handle challenging situations with ease.

Habit.Fit: Often, health takes a back seat as we prioritise other responsibilities. The truth is, on average, a person’s lifespan is only around 4000 weeks, and by middle age, approximately 2000 weeks remain. This is the stage when many lifestyle diseases can set in. Hence, one must consider their own health as the utmost priority and find time to maintain it by engaging in available wellness programs. The Habit Academy’s ‘Fit’ program is exclusively dedicated to this goal. It combines an ancient, sustainable diet that anyone can easily follow, along with yoga. Additionally, it includes treatments designed to address what are commonly referred to as lifestyle diseases.

The trainer is very good and explains and guide all the asanas and breathings in a friendly manner. The place is very calm and peaceful to practice. The main thing is about this yoga academy is, it's flexible timings. They have scheduled timings as per trainee comfort.
